It does put many of life's other problems into perspective. I joined Different Strokes and so glad I found this group too.
Hi Im Effe, just had a TIA and anxious doe... - Anxiety Support
Hi Im Effe, just had a TIA and anxious doesn't begin to describe what I'm feeling!
Hi Effe I had 4 10 yrs ago and I am fine the only thing it takes me longer to normal everyday cleaning but could be a age thing as I am 70 yrs old I suppose you have got to slow down as you age as far as the TIA I am living a normal life except for other things I have got that has nothing to do with the TIA.You have come to the right place for help the people on this sight are lovely and always willing to help Thinking of you all my love. Janebee
Thanks for replying Janebee, everything has changed here, I know it's early days. These weird symptoms worry me, is it another one, or the after effects of the last one, or fear and immense anxiety, I just don't know and that doesn't help the ' my lifes out of control ' fears, its a vicious circle at the moment. I'm glad I found you all x
Hi EffieGee it is the fear of the unknown you have got yourself into a state and that is understandable you will be thinking every little thing you feel you will be saying is that me going to take TIA I know the feeling I have been there the more you think about it all these thoughts are going through your head You should go and speak to your doc and they might give you something to calm you down I was in your place 10 yrs ago and I am still here today I was frightened to go to sleep incase I took another one Try and do some meditation you get loads on YouTube and some slow breathing please keep me updated on how you are and you can talk to me anytime I will be here for you all my love Janebee x
You described it perfectly! I am looking for natural ways to help me through so YT is a good place to start. I spoke with the gp earlier and various tests and monitoring and changes of meds are planned, my mind is easier, thanks so much x
Hi EffieGeei am so glad you are feeling a bit more relaxed once you get all your meds sorted out you will start to feel even better it's just if you feel something different in your body your mind goes into overdrive and all the thoughts go through your head things will settle down All my love Janebee
Thank you so much xx
