Upper arms start hurting

Its happened once before years ago but its a huge trigger. I was just back from walking the dog and as i came in the hkuse. Th sides of both upper arms started hurting really badly and i felt sick. Anyone else ever had this. Lasts about 5 mins i dunno if its muscualr but the lil anxiety bullies tell me its my bloody heart! Which ive had checked multiple times! Scares me though

Denny123456, It is not your heart...but has to do with holding the leash which walking your dog.It put some tension on the already tight arm muscles. Try to relax and it will subside. You are okay, your are safe.
