Tinnitus plus anxiety

ive had T constant for nearly 10 years now i only have it in my left ear i use a fan to mask the sound etc is your tinnitus causing your anxiety ??? ...it will take your brain time to get used to the sound i can barely hear mine at all some days i just forget about it when my ears feel blocked and full i use warm coconut oil i put it in my ear and that helps get rid of that full feeling that makes it hard for you to hear

make sure its the 100% extra virgin oil it will take a few days to work let me know how it goes

Do you mind sharing the brand or a photo of it? My local health store has about 30 varieties lol. Want to get the right one.

since June. Just recently changed into a buzzing. Before was a slight ring in my right ear
