Acid reflux

Guys!!! Can you all tell me how acid reflux feels on you??

pain in the centre of the chest - sometimes it can double me over - and did occasionally get a bit of bile coming up to the back of the throat which can burn.

Please note - acid reflux can be a symptom of low stomach acidity as well as high stomach acidity - the two have more or less the same symptoms as they are the result of the process that produces stomach acidity to help digest food not turning off properly after digestion.

What foods do you eat ? I have it and a bacterial infection in my stomach which I'm taking antibiotics for. Ate a bit to much yesterday and I'm suffering today with such a bad stomach. X

Yesterday I ate chipotle. Brown rice, black beans, salsa, cream and cheese and then I started feeling weird momentary chest pains and I also felt it in my sides

It’s pretty common. If it starts happening frequently make an appointment and ask about medication if you want. There are both prescription and OTC like Prilosec, nexium, etc and they work really well
