I have been taking Klonopin for 20 Years

Pit in my stomach , fear , especially about work situations .

I wake up with self talk, worry and fear.

I run for the Klonopin

It helps

I’ve had these symptoms my whole life

What do you do in your life to help these symptoms?

Hi. In addition to citalopram I carry diazepam with me these days in case it gets too much. Klonopin hasn't helped me

I’m so sick of waking up in Worry

I’ve had this since I’m a kid

It’s the worst. I would do anything to get rid of it

I understand. I worry and catastrophise all the time. I wish I could get on with life and deal with problems as and when. In addition to meds I've seen various therapists but seeing psychiatrist this week
