This may sound random for some people, but does anyone have Lucid Dreams as a side affect of their Anxiety?

I have been Lucid dreaming since I was young, but it seems to be more common for me now that I struggle with Anxiety.

Lucid dreaming is when we are in a sleep paralysis mode and we actually wake up in our dreams thinking that we have woken up, but then notice that we are still dreaming. It usually happens if I wake up in the middle or the night or early in the morning, stay up for a small while and then go back to sleep. When I started researching it, it said it's common for ppl who are either under stress or have high anxiety.
