Mid-day anxiety (noon in California), exhausted from thinking, sleepy, feeling sick after I ate a delicious meal... irritated, ready to cry like a kid because I have to "adult" for the next 3 hours. Ready to go home from work and crawl in the bed and put my head under the covers.
It just hit me. But I'm going to get through it. I got this! 😩😰

I know the feeling, I end up napping when I get in, I usually just feel shattered. Stay strong, not long now and tel yourself you are in control and not anxiety.
Yes you do have this. When you feel like this I wonder if you would do me a favour...imagine yourself one hour after the anxiety is gone, you can do this because you have experienced one hour after the anxiety is gone before, and think about how good you will feel knowing that the anxiety has gone because if you have felt it before you can feel it again now can’t you.
