Scared for my friend

I think my friend is being mis diagnosed and mis treated for his anxiety, he goes to therapy and is on lexapro for his anxiety, but he clearly doesn't have anxiety or atleast not horrible. He just flew to Vegas he has no issue going to busy bars or anything.. which I know he might not suffer the same as me. But he has split personality I believe he's no polor, he called me saying gremlins were stealing his stuff, I believe he's schizophrenic, the town we live in is really small and quit frankly our medical is known as a band aide stand, scared he might lose it... how do I talk to him about getting a second opinion without hurting his feelings?
