Just feeling very out of it/spacey/ terrible dpdr/ lot of existential thoughts. I feel very alone and panicked. Like nothing feels real and everything feels dreamlike. I hate it and i hope it passes soon. Any advice?

That's how I feel today, it passes in a day or so. It feels like I'm just a shell and my spirit isn't here. Everything feels like a dream. I think it's called Derealisation... it sucks... but as all anxiety symptoms... it will pass. Hope your feeling "normal" again

I understand what you mean. I can't lie and say just try to snap out of it. However, take one moment or even a second of everyday or every couple of hours and point out things in your mind that are in the "present" it's like... you have to become aware of your surroundings again. It's hard, but it will definitely get better. Do you have night terrors a lot? I usually feel his way when I don't sleep well or have night terrors.
