Just feeling very out of it/spacey/ terrible dpdr/ lot of existential thoughts. I feel very alone and panicked. Like nothing feels real and everything feels dreamlike. I hate it and i hope it passes soon. Any advice?

I know how you feel. I try to stay grounded and use my senses to stay in the present. I also try to eat something because anxiety takes away my appetite. Drinking lots of water to stay hydrated too. Anxiety has a sneaky way of tricking your body and mind into thinking something is wrong. I try to occupy my mind by being on the computer and posting or reading about stuff that can help.
I get this at times... I absolutely hate it. I hope it has gotten better for you. Try to stay in the present.
