I feel like I jinxed myself by posting how I felt better these days 😂 I’m starting to feel slightly anxious again because my neck,shoulders and the “curve” (?) around my armpit (the fleshy part) has been sore lately.I think it’s because I played badminton on Monday and then used the treadmill for three consecutive days (might have used it wrongly)..but anxiety,being the DARLING,that it is keeps telling me there’s something wrong.
I can feel the anxiety looming somewhere, waiting to swallow me up and I just don’t want to go down that road again.Seriously,anxiety? Must you make an appearance now? I wish I could lock it up somewhere 😭
