So, like I prefaced my other 3 posts, I'm still very new 2 anxiety. I was getting a lot better the last week and a half, but these last few days, I had a few relapses when it comes 2 sleep issues and some dizziness. Unlike b4, I'm not freaking out this time! I know it's gonna be unpleasant, but knowing I've gone through it at a much, much worse stage and it did get better was what I thought about...been very much learning 2 be calm when these moments come cuz yeah, it's going 2 really, really suck, but I've beaten it b4 and I know I can do it again. That and my doctor's appointment is just 1 week away, and I'm proud of the progress I've made till that point. Stay strong everyone!

csheezy_152, a very positive approach to take which will help you move past this little set back. It happens with anxiety. You should be proud of the progress you made, not everyone gets to that point so quickly. Thank you for your post. You may be surprised in how many people you will help. Wishing you continued success in going forward.
