I feel like I'm back to square one. Back to where I started, recently I've been feeling like my life is a dream and it's really making me feel sick and scared, just typing this makes me feel sick and scared. It makes me feel like I need to sleep so I can just turn my mind off, it's almost like I'm loosing hope and finding anything to make my life feel normal

Hi T123. Are you on any medications that may be contributing to how you feel? If it were me I wold share my feelings with a doctor I trusted and see what he/she has to say. Just a thought. Take care, Burma (burmag)
