Anxiety and vibrating

Ive been very anxious today for no reason. Had loads of the common syptoms. Fast heart. Short of breath. Worrying thoughts. Chest pain. But no i keep getting a vibrating feeling internally. I was getting this at night right before i frll asleep and it woul wake me up now im having it most of yhe day. My whole body vibrates inside. What is this and why does it happen

It's anxiety. There's no quick fix, but it will get better. A lot of slow deep belly breaths will help you calm down

Yes I get this at night it can wake me up when sleeping

Damn I get this to, had one last night when I was just about to fall in deep sleep, freakin felt like I was having seizure but I was very aware, then my heart started racing...so I woke up but ended up falling back to sleep like whatever...

I get this every now and then, I'm on and off benzos so I'm assuming it might be related to it idk..but yea i get these tremors...
