Finger vibrating

I have bad health anxiety. I keep getting a pulsing vibrating in my left ring finger down the side its been happening for about 3 hours now and is really worrying me

Hey I get that sometimes, mine is mainly vibrating feet which I have had all day today which is annoying, used to worry bout it being a blood clot but know it isn’t and just got to ignore it and convince myself it’s just anxiety.

How can anxiety make one small part of me just vibrate

I feel weird vibrations all over from time to time they’re usually localized to one area. Don’t worry about it maybe give your fingers a stretch or crack them then they will feel better I’m sure :)

Oh I’m sorry! Maybe you’re too hyper focused on the feeling of it? Sometimes I’ll accidentally do that then once I’m distracted I forget all about it

Hi

Just in case you're still worried.

Our bodies do all sorts of crazy things, noises, buzzy feelings in places, twitches...all of which are perfectly natural and normal.

Your body has to do a million and one things a day that helps to keep you active and functioning at a high level like you so obviously do.

Your heart keeps your blood flow going on around your body, there are little nerve endings that twitch and twang, micro muscle and tendon movements happen all the time.

It really is nothing to worry about. When you meditate you practice listening to these little feelings and noises in your body and to let them go with no judgement because they are natural events that are happening in your body, especially if you've been exercising or have been for a walk or whatever...it's when you sit still that you then notice these things.

Next time you notice something like this think to yourself..."how funny, isn't that interesting, thank you body for reminding of what a wonderful job you're doing to keep me active and healthy!"
