The moment I wake up in the morning - EVERY day - I feel like i am vibrating inside. Only lasts a few moments but it's a VERY strong feeling....and gives me the sense I did not sleep well. Anyone else have this?

Anxiety shows up in the strangest symptoms. But if it eases your mind, certainly see your doctor.

Hey I have anxiety and panic attacks episodes and mine last for months not an exact number but for about a three weeks to a month I would wake up just like that my Dr said it was from having so much built up when I went to sleep and then even in my sleep my my body not shutting off to sleep mode like it should

Yes I get it too, I dont feel like m anxious when I go to bed, but wake up in the early hours of the morning several times and in the morning when its time to get up with the awful vibrating, trmoring going on in my head and sometimes my body, like you now it usually stops once Im up and busy, but for weeks in Dec/Jan I had it bad on and off all day.

I get the same feeling when I nap for 30-40 minutes during my lunch brake. The vibration is very intense and I feel out of sorts for the next 2-3 hours. It feels as if my body was sort of reintegrating after a huge internal explosion. I believe it happens when you wake up at the wrong time while the brain is still in a deep sleep phase. When I get to take a nap at home and I am not limited by time it never happens. The lunch naps got so bad that I stopped taking them altogether. Instead I would do guided meditation with much better results.

I believe the body is very tired from the onslaught of anxiety symptoms and the overloaded nervous system needs more rest. Do you rest enough? Do you get enough quality sleep daily?

i haven't had a refreshing night's sleep for 5 weeks. I used to be a napper but I can't fall asleep when I try to nap. I may need to start lexapro which I took many years ago. I get a lot of night time nausea - and I don't honestly know if it's anxiety or if I've worked myself up into an ulcer. Doc put me on strong pills to combat acid a week ago......though I am not feeling acid burn.

I wake up feeling like I'm having a heart attack. It can be in the morning or if I nap in the middle of the day. Sometimes the middle of the night. Your cortisone is elevated when you wake up. If you have anxiety, you will be more sensitive to it and it can suck!
