So i have an appointment tomorrow and I've been feeling terrible for the past two years and i just don't know what to do I've had so many tests and different things and i just want to tell my doctor not to give up on me like the others I'm worried she'll just push me away without believing me like the others i just don't know what to say to her to make her believe me that something is wrong

Just come right out that. Just tell them, I'm anxious as hell. You've had tests but you don't believe the results (as well all do ) it's textbook severe anxiety and needs to be tret. Just tell them you want therapy or medication or advice. Make it clear you're at your wits end
