What's wrong with me?😭

I'm waking up again feeling awfully sick my temperature is up! I feel like my face is on fire. I'm not at the home I'm used to anymore so I feel even worse! I'm now at my partners parents house. Im working a long shift tomorrow and do not have an understanding manager at all! I just want to feel well and I want to stop waking up in the night!

I know right thanks for replying I get scared that it's something f serious and that I might end up going to hospital and I also have being sick so I fear that too x
