Hell of a day

Went back to work after 2 days on the sick.been referred to off health and HR I was redeployed into this job through a stroke and ill health being doing it for 10months with no complaints! Then today it looks like I may have to be redeployed again I'm anxious but I am trying so hard but they want me to do educational talks to aroy10-15 people I've tried explaining I need a bit more time??? So ended up crying so mad at myself for looking weak they know I'm seeing a phyclogist I feel very low tonight and don't want to go to work tomorrow!!!!but have to my anxiety sky high tonight 😭

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. I understand completely. It's like a vicious cycle. I get happy when I have a new burst of energy and feel a little normal, then out of nowhere it hits. I'm just so tired some days. Takes a lot out of a person. Crazy that nothing significant happens and it just hits. Just stay strong and keep the Faith. Best wishes ☺
