Help me find out whats wrong with my friend

Hi I'm 14 and I have a friend who is having blurry vision, he's blacking out, he can't breathe, and he can barely stand up. I'm concerned and would like some help on whats going on, please.

Ring emergency services immediately. Could be anxiety related but just to be on the safe side. May be a panic attack or something affecting his physical health.
