Could do with some advice

Hi I'm wondering if any one has felt like the feel like they are going to kick off or out at ppl I was OK two hours ago now I feel like im going to lash out not sure if my anxiety or ocd thoughts but really feel like I am I don't like violence at all I've been seen by the mental health team and she said I'm not at risk of doing anything to my self and I'm a worryer with ocd thoughts but this feeling is very strong don't like it it started when I was making crumpets and they got stuck in my toaster stupid I know but can't shift the feeling any ideas
