Sounds like migraines? I guess you have already been to the docs? You can get better meds than paracetamol to deal with migraines. X

It's really peculiar that the doctor prescribed naproxen and a antidepressant for your ailments. First, one of the major side effects of naproxen is.... headaches. Nausea or vomiting is common with it as well. Amitriptyline side effects include headaches and vomiting plus 50 other major 'side' effects. I believe it's better if you go on controlled detox. Find a professional as detox can be unpleasant and at times plain dangerous if too many toxins are released all at once. In the meantime, romove as much as you can from your plate when it comes to all processed foods.

What should i do then? :( ... could it be tumor in my head? :(

Don't panic. Likely, or rather very likely no tumor. I had daily headaches for about 3 years. And that was years before anxiety even hit me. I was drinking liters of coffee daily morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I was smoking, eating out a lot, eating lots of bread, pizza, Chinese food, antibiotics, prescription medicines for a variety of issues, etc. I had ibuprofen in my bedroom, kitchen, car, and in my desk at work. I really didn't see any connection between how I live and how I feel. Total deception and complete unconscious sabotage. So my anxiety was a result of years of negligence. Only when I felt I had no help from the doctors did I realize that it's not the lack of pharmaceutical pills that made me sick but all the crap that I put in me the first's place. So you have a choice. You can look for pills that temporarily will make your symptoms go away or take full responsibility for how you live. Clean your life, clean your body, clean your mind, clean your spirit and the chances are you will feel better than ever before.

In my opinion, your body has expelled a poison through vomiting after which, as you say, you started to feel better. There may be something you eat that does not agree with you or the food you eat may be OK for others but not for you. Frequently, for example, the MSG may cause severe migraine headaches. MSG can hide under several different names such as natural flavors or soy protein. Either way it can be quickly resolved if in fact it is food that is causing your problems. There is multitude of preservatives and chemicals in processed foods that may cause how you feel. Simply for the next few days eat simple meals without any additional flavorings maybe except salt and pepper. I suggest Himalayan salt as it containes trace minerals. Skipp all restaurant or otherwise processed food altogether. Eat plenty of green salads, vegetables, nuts if you are not allergic, seeds, fruits and drink plenty of natural spring water, not tap. Skipp coffee. Skipp all your regular fragrances. Ventilate your bedroom. Introduce quality probiotics. See if anything changes in about 5 to 7 days. If your headaches go away you may slowly introduce your regular diet and see if anything you eat is causing you headaches.

I agree with both reply's does sound like migraine..and certain foods , like cheese or chocolate or even strong smells like gas or perfume etc can trigger one

Go back to your GP ..they can be controlled . ( you can also get cluster migraine)

Sound like you suffer from cluster headaches, one of the worst kind. I used to suffer alot with these and migraines but taking Magnesium keeps them at bay.

I guess cluster headaches are not on the back of the head.

in reply to Aamir147147

Cluster headaches from go front to back and can go down the neck.

Be cautious of people who are recommending all sorts of drastic changes. If you went to your general practitioner first, you may need to see a neurologist who can give you an official diagnosis. If you are having migraines, you can ask about adding magnesium, B vitamin, and CoQ10 supplements. This would be extra support on top of what your neurologist may prescribe.

Please try not to jump to drastic conclusions - seek help from a specialist.
