Vertigo for last 2 and half years

It all started one day in office when I had suddenly dizziness and I got anxious about the problem.i saw a doctor immediately who referred me all blood and heart related tests sine my heart was also racing fast. All came back normal except b12 which was extremely low. I had injection and medicines for last 2 years . Its all ok now but during all this year I had consulter ent, neuro , physical, dentist, physical ,en do for thyroid and all.

I have some bulging discussion in neck c5 and c6 and lot of muscle tension and stiffness in neck causing me more vertigo . My neuro suggests that I have savere anxiety disorder to which i dont agree much. Someone pls guide I am just 35 years.
