Hey all,
I had my 1st panic attack a year ago randomly while I was driving. Now on pretty much a daily basis I deal with lightheadedness, gastro problems, chest pain, feeling of constricted airways, and my body is hot to the touch a lot. I've had the full run of EKGs, Echo, Stress Test, bloodwork, Head CT Scan, etc... all normal.
I just want my normal self back so I can have the energy to play with my kids and enjoy life.
Does anyone have any tips to help them overcome this nightmare?
