I've started feeling sick in the mornings again please someone help me I can't cope with weeks of this again, especially as mum goes back to work tomorrow so I will be waking up alone. Please someone help me I'm already crying my eyes out

I don't even know how to explain it, it's like feeling sick but then not feeling sick, like it's in my throats and I don't know ugh it's scary and I can't cope
