I am going to start jogging in the morning. I use to jog a lot but I have not in a year. I want to get back into it because it helped my anxiety a lot. I am kinda nervous though because I am afraid weird creepers will try to follow me or something of that kind. I do not trust people.

Congratulations for considering exercise again. It's important to our mental health and physical wellbeing.

The Mighty is website devoted mental health. It has monthly challenges to improve your mental health.

By coincidence, this month the challenge is exercise. In the link below you can find a tracker where you can keep track of the days you actually complete any challenge task.

If you are concerned about your personal safety, ask a friend to go with you or take a dog (if you don't have one, maybe a friend has one that needs a run or you could start a mini business) on run in daylight in a park or designated running track.

Always let someone know where you are going and carry your mobile phone in a trendy mobile arm band.
