Anxiety over cold

Hello! I think I’m getting a cold as I have a bit of a sore throat/headache/just feeling a little under the weather, I don’t have a fever as I checked my temp this morning but now health anxiety’s kicking in and I’m worried I have something bad wrong with my throat 😩

They're alot of summer colds going around at the moment, maybe take a cold remedy see if it helps.
