Cool Head

Hey!! Does anybody else's anxieties come with cool head pressure? Like water being swoon around on your scalp? Some times cold and prickly tingly feelings?? It's been going on for abt week now... Did you doctor recommend anything? What are you doing to control it? It doesn't hurt but it is aggravating..

Yes is another symptom of anxiety, sometimes it can be felt all over the body. I never mentioned it to my Doc. Sorry I don't have much of a remedy to make it better. Maybe try and warm yourself up. Not sure if that will help any. I usually wrap up in a blanket or start rubbing to warm the area that's feeling cool and tingly.
