Costochondritis?

I think this is what I am having. Obviously it'd not a heart attack or I would've been dead yesterday when it started. My symtons sound the exact same. Its driving me nuts. I want to go to the doctor but don't know if I should.

For your own reassurance you should go for a medical examination and the sooner you do the sooner you will know if it's a problem and if it is a problem the sooner it can be fixed. Don't rely on Google or even this forum to diagnose what it is. If it's driving you nuts as you say go to A&E/ER right away. It could be nothing, a strained muscle, but you need to get a professional diagnosis. What's to lose?

Is that the condition where you have ligaments in ribs that hurt and make you feel like your having heart attack? If it is I have that. And it's just something some people get,

Hi Hails314, I agree in that you should see a doctor, not so much because it may be Costochondritis but more so because I noticed you posted a bad chest cold/cough yesterday. Always have your chest examined when you have a chest cold that produces pain. Might be more to do with the lungs. Doctor will make sure they are clear. Good Luck x

Thank you. Yes coughing up yellowish mucus today. Gross. NY chest only hurts when pushed on. Like if you toh that spot.

My boyfriend agree to go with e to urgent care. The chest hurting when touched is stumpinme. Unless I pulled or hurt something but its the bone.
