and now when im trying to sleep i get this eletric shock zap in my chest it can also be in my head and hands and my heart rate seems to change the exact same time it happens like it feels like it stops for a second its hard to explain, im so scared again now. i really do hope this is just anxity. it only happens when im trying to fall asleep i dont understand it.

I think I've felt what you've been experiencing. Have you seen a doctor to see if it's something that needs to be looked at?

It's totally possible it's anxiety if you've been in a stressful situation

These feelings cannot harm you so you have no need to fear them, they are fuelled only by your fear, deny them that fear and they will pass. So just accept the bad feelings for the moment, relax and let your whole body go limp, your body, your arms, your kegs, your head, let every muscle relax and go limp. Why fear a few glitches in your nervous system, just let your body enjoy the relaxation that comes with every monent that your musckes go limp. Accept the bad feelings, there is no need to fear them any more, they are paper tigers that cannot harm you.
