Yes, it is very good. It's not very long, but he teaches just go on living and take your anxiety with you. Don't pay it any attention. He had read Claire Weekes' books and agrees with her teachings on acceptance and how to deal with anxiety. He does not discuss symptoms, says it doesn't matter what they are. It's all the same. The only thing I'm not sure about is... Should people with bad anxiety to the point of exhaustion still just keep going and go on as if they didn't have it. Because when I try that, I seem to get worse. I think I need to do less and rest a lot, even if it means missing church and important events for a while. It's a tough call, but anyway, yes, I recommend his book.
