New to this. Have been suffering with anxiety for years now. I'm usually able to calm myself down. It's social anxiety, so I'm more worried about what they are thinking about me (ie he's weird) still I will not let it beat me an purposely put myself in situations of anxiety so I can work out how to deal with it. Anyone else do this? Or is it just me. I'm fine one on one if people don't look straight at me, feels like I'm under pressure and they will see me panic.
It's frustrating as he'll because this is not my personality, I've got plenty to say. Just wish there was not a stigma attached to this. Fact is in my world this would be considered week my mates are not feelings kind of fellas. I'm a 6ft 20st covered in tattoos and bling guy who people think is fine. And has to spend all my time pretending I am.
