Ok, posting on here last night opened my eyes. The alcohol is causing issues and I need to cut down dramatically if I'm ever going to deal with them and before I become too dependant on it. I've decided to replace a drink with fitness and water. When I feel like an alcoholic drink, I'm going to go for a jog and run it out my system as I find I drink less when tired.
So time to get my fit bit on (I like to visually see change) and become a new me.
Any advice would be much appreciated and I'll keep everyone updated on my progress.
