I have had a rough few days anxiety wise anyway and just coming home from work I feel completely exhausted and zoned out. I struggled to find the motivation to shower! Now my dad has told me that his doctors appointment got brought forward from next Monday till today and they told him they've found a growth on his kidney! I'm so broken I don't know what to do. My partner works away from home so I've got no one to turn to. My grandma is also currently dying of kidney disease so I'm petrified of something happening to my dad I'm just sat crying
