Any good bloated, full, stomach cramp meds?

Ok not a mental health problem, but still a sort of health problem I was hoping to get advice about;

I suffer badly with bloatedness, trapped wind, indigestion, and nausea, mostly in the afternoon to the evening after dinner, it can sometimes last into the following day. I can finish my dinner before 6 pm and still feel bloated, full and upset belly right up to and gone midnight. I used to take Gaviscon Strawberry tablets, now I take Rennie Deflatine mints. But I still get the problem. Does anyone know of a better, more effective, stronger medicine to help with this? Thanks.

This i can help you with.Buy some buscopan tablets in the chemist.They work fantastically on all those probles.?i know ,i have them too and ive bern on them for 4 years.Hope this helps.
