I'm so achy today, in my arms, shoulders, and I feel so tired got some fresh fruit for lunch, any other recommendations for an energy boost or achy muscles to go away? Work has kept me more distracted today and I've been busy so not the end of the world.

Hi it's your body telling you to look after yourself and rest. Would recommend Epsom salts in a warm bath. I also think essential oils are great. You can also add them to your bath. Go and treat yourself to a facial or massage and find some quiet time for meditation. X
