Anyone ever get weird pains with their anxiety? I have acid reflux and get chest pain sometimes . I just got protonix I'll be starting tomorrow but I notice a lot when I eat things with sauce I get acid reflux and I'm constantly bloated. My muscles get so tight what can I do for this ?

I have the same thing but I have a hiatal hernia. I just switched from Zantac to Prilosec.. I seems to be helping I still have to avoid spicy things bc then that's when the chest pain starts up and I start to panic
