Rachieb hi I'm Cheryl 12 I suffer with social anxiety and can't go anywhere there are a lot of people or go away on holiday get so worked up if I have to go anywhere would sooner stay at home feel safe over the years it as got worse and I have had loads of different councilling.

I sympathise with you totally it's an awful thing to suffer. Thankfully for me I work in retail and have to deal with people daily! I force myself to go to work and sometimes I struggle... recently had 3 weeks off but I've managed to get back into it and it helps somewhat. Are you on any medication to help you with your anxiety?
