Why don't you just take Magnesium glycinate instead. It relaxes you like Kalms, helps you sleep like Kalms too. But it also helps with depression like 5-HTP. That's an amino acid too like glycine and lysine which are both in glycinate. Take it, I do. Works wonders.
If you've already bought them though best research online before you take them or even ask your doctor. Can't help sorry.
