Hi roytheboy if its the first time you have had these pains in your chest and arm ? If so I would get them checked out do you live in england ? Have you got a walk in centre orA&E near you ? If you have why not go and get checked over they can tell you if it is anxiety.we can only advise you on this site as we are not qualified.
