Has anyone taken this on an as and when basis and has it worked? Im.asking as my anxiety levels are becoming more regular and i think i should give myself a break and start them, as well as i keep telling the dr that my anxiety is worse and obv they are struggling to help me furthwr as i havent even tried what they have already suggested.

I want to start taking them i just wondered if anyone has an opinion on them :)

Hi there, I think that's a common problem with alot of us, scared to take medication in case in makes us worse etc.

I was on this med for a little while and to be honest didn't really help.

I hope things get better for you and you hear from others that can give you some help/advice on that medication.

All the best x
