Hello .i am suffering from daily headaches on the back on my head from one month..it sometimes moves from left to right and from right to left . they are not as worst all the time but sometimes they get worse for some couple of days and then decreases somehow ..I have good appetite ..Good health ..but when the pain gets stronger i hate everything ..even i dont eat anything . And during that time when i lay down it hurts more . I have used every antibiotic for it but nothing is working on it ...i am getting mad ... i guess its a brain tumor Thats causing so much pain ..

Do any pain killers help it?

And I Don't think you have a brain tumor as you would have other symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, muscle weakness, lose of balance, confusion ect...

Your brain is an very important part of your body so I think that if you had a brain tumor there would be more symptoms as it would be letting you know it was something bad

Yes some painkillers help a little ... as i said i do not have so much of pain everytime but when it occurs its very bad .... that time no pain killer works ..... and yet i never did vomit or had had loss of balance or dizziness ...but i feel tired when i have severe headache

And one more thing that my pain gradually changes from left to right ....and sometimes even my headaches occur on the head of upper side of my both ears ....

I too am always quite consumed by fear of brain tumours especially when i am on a good batch of headaches and have had all the tests done including MRI and CT when i was convinced i had one. Obviously i can not diagnose what your headaches are they sound like migraines or cluster headaches. Either absolutely no fun at all, but i assure you if it was a brain tumour you would be quite unwell including loss of balance, vomiting and loss of appetite.

I would invest in a good therapeutic massage to release tension in your neck, back and shoulders to see if it helps.

Stay strong and never worry about seeing your family doctor with any concern

This might be what your problem is, it is pretty common, I mention it to people a lot on here, doctors seem to overlook it a lot but it might be what your problem is.

I hope this helps.
