I cant get rid of this !

I can constantly feel my heart beat in my back , feet and other parts of body . It feels like there is friction to blood flow . I cant sit in any position comfortably due to it .

I know this may sound stupid , but as im thin I think that my heart is not getting enough space in my rib cage . My chest is too small for my heart and it is tightly packed.

I feel my heart beat too and I notice my body parts move with the beat of my heart even my head. It is just hyper awareness to our bodies. I think also the beat is stronger due to anxiety. You have to stop focusing on it and just tell your self who cares beat all you want you don't bother me.
