Anxiety along with costhdritis and fibromilga

Had a good few days no pain then all of a sudden bang my costchondiritis starts again this is inflammation in my chest which feels the same as heart attack symptoms and really gets me down so much I'm on morphine and morphine tablets also amatripline for the pain but when this flares up I'm in agony and gp keeps saying there no more can be done the pain makes my anxiety levels really high and scares me so much I've got a app at a rapid realif chest pain clinic on Monday just wounder ex if any of u guys have any advice for me any would be welcome thanks xxx
