Deep breaths, while you deep breathe put tension on your toes and hands and then release. Light exercise maybe. I am drinking tea which helped me because a while ago I felt great anxiety
I don't know that I feel anxious I'm just shaking like I was before going to sleep it had calmed but know I'm shaking again
It might be an adrenaline rush. Try letting it out a bit w a few loght exercises
