Yes. A panic attack lasts about ten minutes, and then the anxiety hour(s) can sit around with me for a long time....will not be able to move, or may not be able to sit still for a long time.

Oh it's just that I had two panic attacks today and the not sitting still feeling and (tmi) frequent bathroom need (?) is still there so I was just concerned as if this was just part of it or am I sick 😂

Wellllll, do you feel sick? I think it might be anxiety having a bit of fun with you....it's such a hassle for women to excuse themselves to the bathroom because of the clothing! :)

I didn't mean it like that what I'm saying is I have headaches every day then they go away when I lye down but if I'm thinking about to much then here goes the headache

in reply toMsgriffin23

My Mom had headaches every day until all six children were grown. Sometimes I wonder if we create stress by everything we think or worry about, and that tension causes us real pain like head aches.

I'm a little better, small symptoms of anxiety are still there. I have no diagnosis but I am seeing a therapist for symptoms of panic disorder

Good to hear about you are getting better :) It will be gone too soon :) It is normal when you are having anxiety, hot flashes, etc. Are you taking meds?
