My anxiety started with the birth of my son 14 years ago and is comes and goes since. It usually starts when there has been a life event. This time however it came out of nowhere 3 weeks ago and the thoughts and worry that I have bring me to tears multiple times a day. I'm taking .5Ativan only as needed. I've tried other drugs in the past but my symptoms have doubled with them. I have now somehow convinced myself that I am dying of various ailments. Does anyone else feel this way??? I feel like it's just me
