A couple of years ago I noticed my anxiety would trigger about 20 minutes after eating certain things. Come to find out my body was reacting negatively to MSG. It can found in seasonings or be the sole ingredient. Now I carefully read labels of new seasonings and ask restaurants about the seasonings they use. This has helped tremendously.
It's found in must chips, like Doritos and cheetos, parmesan cheese, ranch dressing and many other every day foods.
