Good morning! Trying to stay more positive today! But lately I've had a tight/tingly felling in the bottom of my legs....I was wondering if it could be from tight muscles/ being hypersensitive to how my body feels from anxiety? Every little feeling in my body freaks me out now...,. I've never had this before the anxiety but it still makes me think that what if something has happened to me and is it bad? Anyway just trying not to be thinking to much about it and being too worried

Omg this happens to me too. A lot of my panic attacks get triggered by the slightest feeling of being uneasy on my feet or just some totally normal (?) feeling people probably have from going from sitting to standing but now every physical feeling just manifests into anxiety. It tends to start with legs for me and it spirals in my mind and I go full blown panic mode catastrophizing what it is and all these other symptoms appear.
