Can a weird tingling/ tightness in one leg be from anxiety? I've had severe anxiety this last week or so, and was wondering if it could be from that....making me scared

Your body may react to anxiety in different ways. There are many physical symptoms of anxiety. Tingling and tightness are symptoms of anxiety. Best thing to do is try to mitigate the anxiety, being anxious about your symptoms will only make it worse.
